Spark Thomasville Executive Director
Hello and welcome to this week’s blog post! I’m DeShay Williams, an entrepreneur and sustainability-driven business strategist, and I have the privilege of serving as the Executive Director of Spark Thomasville.
It’s an honor to help community come together and help leaders build businesses that last.

Our goal at Spark is to expand continuing education opportunities for our Spark graduates and the broader community—especially in financial literacy, strong business foundations, and the skills needed to build truly sustainable businesses.
When entrepreneurs and CEOs ask for help, they’re really asking for better business predictability.
You’ve asked for financial training help.
You’ve asked about grants and capital.
You’ve asked how to grow.
I heard you. Our community hears you.
The CEO Success Summit is a full-day, hands-on working session hosted by Spark Thomasville and facilitated by O’Neal’s Consulting and Training, designed to help entrepreneurs and leaders strengthen their businesses so they move beyond survival and into sustainable development.
Predictable outcomes require clear plans. Clear plans require strong foundations. Strong foundations create revenue, funding opportunities, and growth.
What This Summit Is
This is not a lecture. This is implementation.
You will not sit and listen all day. You will build, write, plan, and leave with real progress completed.
This room is filled with experienced professionals who have done the work, solved problems, recovered from mistakes, and built successful systems—and they’re ready to help you do the same.
Who It’s For
This summit is for anyone responsible for results—whether you run a business, lead an organization, or are building something that matters.
You don’t need a CEO title. You just need to be:
Leading something forward
Responsible for outcomes
Ready to grow intentionally
Committed to doing the work
If that’s you, you belong in this room.
