When entrepreneurs like Spark graduate Jennifer Dyson share their gifts with Thomasville, they create ripples of change throughout our community.
I love her story. I think you will too!

For 17 years, Jennifer’s approach to serving has been nourishing more than just appetites–she’s feeding our town’s spirit of entrepreneurship and collaboration.
Through Unlimited & Beyond Catering, Jennifer gives Thomasville a precious gift: a business that brings people together.
“My whole family cooks. We would cook just so we could bring people together,” she shares with her characteristic friendly warmth. This philosophy of gathering and celebrating has become her signature contribution to our community’s social fabric.
Jennifer’s investment in Thomasville started early, from those first moments standing on a chair beside her grandmother’s stove. Her passion for cooking evolved from making “gourmet” Hamburger Helper to creating memorable events that strengthen our community bonds.
After years of education, she returned home to care for her grandmother and Unlimited & Beyond Catering became her full-time job.

As her business grows, Jennifer continually seeks ways to enhance her already successful enterprise. When a friend introduced her to Spark Thomasville’s 12-Week Entrepreneur Training Program, she found it aligned perfectly with her goals.
“It was a great gift!” Jennifer reflects. “Spark helped me strengthen my business organization, marketing, management and networking skills.”
Mentoring from business coaches Dr. Lorraine Williams and Harry Vann complemented her existing skills and supported her vision for growth.
As a Spark Thomasville graduate, Jennifer’s story highlights how helpful business leaders can transform their personal success into community impact. Her journey from stay-at-home mom to successful entrepreneur demonstrates the power of reinvesting one’s talents locally.
Today, Jennifer’s contribution to Thomasville extends beyond catering. Her business creates jobs, supports local suppliers, and adds to our town’s economic viability. Her dream of expanding to include an indoor/outdoor venue shows her ongoing commitment to growing with and for our community.
Through entrepreneurs like Jennifer who choose to build their legacy here, Thomasville continues to thrive.
Her story reminds us that when caring business owners can invest their talents locally, we all share in the feast of community success.
You can engage with Jennifer through her website and her social media page.
