Workshop 1:
Business Plan Development

By the end of this workshop, entrepreneurs should be able to:

Understand the role of the business plan
List several reasons for developing a business plan
Identify sources where you can get help in developing a business plan
Identify the type of information to include in the business plan
Prepare an outline to complete a business plan

In this workshop you will:

Learn ideal pitch content and structure
Discover how to communicate about your business
Identify ways to build a strong personal brand
Determine ways to present yourself, your brand and your business with confidence
Get clear on your 'why' and use it to create your pitch video
Uncover techniques to build rapport and create lasting relationships
